What you can expect from us


Response times

We respond to all client messages within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Urgent items will always be handled as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee same-day turnaround.Preferred Communication Channels

To keep communication organized and streamlined:

  • Email is our primary channel for all project updates, approvals, and questions.
  • Shared folders or project boards are used for content calendars, uploads, and deliverables.
  • Scheduled calls are available for strategy discussions or monthly check-ins (package-dependent).


Monthly Check-Ins

Depending on your package, you can expect:

  • Basic: Monthly email summary with recommendations
  • Premium: Monthly recap + optional check-in when needed
  • Platinum: Monthly strategy call + weekly touchpoints as necessary

We keep each check-in focused, intentional, and aligned with your goals.


Content Approvals

Before posting, you’ll receive:

  • Monthly content plans
  • Graphics, captions, or assets for approval (unless otherwise automated)

We ask that feedback is returned within 48–72 hours to keep the calendar on schedule.


Availability

We operate during regular business hours:
Monday–Friday • 9 AM–5 PM EST
We are offline in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays, but scheduled content will still be published automatically.

You will always know:

  • What’s needed from you
  • When content is scheduled
  • Any updates, delays, or upcoming opportunities
