Return & refund policy

At Paige of Sage LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering intentional, high-quality social media and marketing services to small businesses throughout Baltimore, Greater Baltimore, Delaware, Virginia, and Washington D.C. Our goal is to provide exceptional value and transparent communication at every stage of your project.

Because our services are digital, time-based, and customized, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and project adjustments to ensure fairness to both clients and our creative team.

1.General policy

All services provided by Paige of Sage LLC are digital, customized, and labor-based.
As such, all completed work, time spent, and delivered digital assets are non-refundable.

However, we understand that business needs change and we strive to be flexible when possible. The following guidelines apply to all Social Media & Marketing service tiers: Basic ($750/month), Premium ($1,200/month), Platinum ($2,000/month), and Custom Subscriptions.

2.Refund Elegibility

Refunds may be issued only when no work has begun.

A client may request a partial refund within 48 hours of purchase if:

  • No content has been created
  • No strategy planning or research has begun
  • No meetings or onboarding sessions have taken place

After 48 hours, or once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
This includes any internal planning, drafting, content creation, scheduling, analytics setup, or brand research performed by our team.

3.Subscription cancellation policy

Clients subscribed to any monthly plan (Basic, Premium, Platinum, or Custom):

  • May cancel at any time, but
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and
  • No partial refunds are issued for the remaining portion of any month already underway.

We encourage clients to notify us at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid unwanted renewals.

4.Service delivery issues

If something does not meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

Paige of Sage LLC will:

  • Revise delivered content if it does not align with the agreed-upon strategy
  • Correct errors, inaccuracies, or missed deliverables
  • Provide up to two rounds of revisions per project or monthly cycle
    (unless stated otherwise in your plan)

Service dissatisfaction does not qualify for a refund, but we will work collaboratively to correct the deliverables.

5.Missed appointments or meetings

If a client misses a scheduled meeting without prior communication:

  • The meeting is considered completed, and
  • That time cannot be refunded or rescheduled for free

We allow one courtesy reschedule per month with at least 24 hours' notice.

6.Custom subscriptions and add-ons

Custom subscriptions and add-on services are tailored to each business's specific needs and are therefore:

  • Non-refundable once work begins
  • Non-transferable
  • Bound to the agreed-upon scope of work

Any changes to the scope require a signed change order and may include additional fees.

7.Chargebacks and payment disputes

Paige of Sage LLC considers chargebacks an act of fraud once digital work has been delivered or time has been spent on your project.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • All work will pause immediately
  • Documentation of completed work, communication, and deliverables will be submitted to the payment processor
  • Future service with Paige of Sage LLC may be declined

We strongly encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns.

9.Agreement to policy

By purchasing or subscribing to services from Paige of Sage LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
