• Platinum Social Media & Marketing Package – $2,000/month
• Custom Tailored Subscriptions based on the client’s needs

All services are digital, time-based, and customized.

We reserve the right to update service details, pricing, or features at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to active contracts unless mutually agreed upon.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments for monthly subscriptions or project-based services must be made in full prior to the start of work.

Accepted forms of payment may include:

• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer
• Online payment platforms

Recurring subscription charges occur monthly on the same calendar date of initial enrollment.

Late payments or failed transactions may result in:

• Service pauses
• Delayed delivery
• Cancellation after repeated attempts to contact the client

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and project changes follow our Return & Refund Policy, which is considered an extension of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

No refunds are granted once work has begun, including research, planning, content creation, strategy development, or any digital labor.

Cancellations of monthly subscriptions take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information needed to complete the service
• Deliver brand assets (logos, photos, guidelines) in a timely manner
• Approve content or provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Maintain respectful communication

Failure to provide required materials may delay project timelines. Paige of Sage LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing assets or unresponsive clients.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

Work Created by Paige of Sage LLC

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final delivered content for their business marketing purposes.

Paige of Sage LLC retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Showcase designs on our website, social media, or promotional materials

Unless prohibited by NDA or prior written agreement.

Client Materials Provided

Clients must own or have legal rights to all materials they provide (images, logos, fonts, videos, etc.). Clients assume full liability for copyright or trademark violations related to provided assets.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality and do not share private business information or internal data with third parties, except as required by law or with the client’s written permission.

8. Termination

Paige of Sage LLC reserves the right to terminate services if:

• A client violates these Terms
• A client becomes abusive, disrespectful, or engages in fraudulent activity
• Payments fail repeatedly

Clients may terminate services per the cancellation terms listed above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
